If you are a Backer looking for support creating or accessing your account, please view Kickstarter Update #58. This post contains information on workarounds to current known issues.

Unfortunately, we are unlikely to have additional information about your specific order via the support desk at this time. Pre-Orders
We are excited for you to be among the first in line to receive Pixels, and thank you for your patience as our small team focuses on wrapping up Kickstarter fulfillment.

Pre-orders made through our website will be shipped after Kickstarter rewards have been filled. Current shipping estimates range from September – November, depending on the order (singles/sets/bundles). We ask that you wait to contact us about the status of your order until after October, however, if you have specific questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
